Student Records & Transcript Requests

For assistance with student records or transcript requests, please contact the school registrar at killianattendance@lisd.net.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include the following information:

• Student's first and last name
• Student's date of birth
• Student ID number (if known)
• A brief description of your request or how we may assist you

If you are a parent or legal guardian requesting student records, please also include a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID. For the protection of student information, we are required to verify the identity of the requesting parent or legal guardian before any records can be released.
